The Basic version of DITA2Go is free. You do not need to order it; just download it and start using it. If you find you need support, post on the Forums or on the [dita-users] list for peer support. We frequently respond, but may not always do so.
The Premium version of DITA2Go includes direct email support and additional enhancements and tools. We are currently developing those tools; when they are ready, we will add a Premium download page. At that time we will also start the clock on Premium subscriptions.
Previous purchasers of the registered version will automatically have a four-year subscription to the Premium version; the extra year is our way of saying "Thank you" for your early support.
